Last night I discovered that we had a week in the summer with absolutely nothing planned for the kids. This seems to happen every year. Time just gets away from us. That is why we create the last minute camp openings post every year to help parents find camp spots to fill those empty weeks as late as June.

Our experienced instructors love to teach skateboarding and are constantly progressing in their teaching abilities, just like their skating abilities. Our coaches are Red Cross Certified for both CPR and First Aid, and have years of child care experience. Our brand new Skatepark, designed and built by World Class Skatepark Builders Push Parks, allows for skaters of any level or ability to learn, practice, and have fun! Kids can take advantage of both the physical and mental benefits of exercise and outdoor exploration, along with indoor activities in a temperature controlled state of the art Skatepark. This summer, they are offering several nature-oriented summer camps including the Brooklyn Day Camp (grades PreK-5) as well as Overnight Camp (Ages 6-16). Their Brooklyn Day Camp takes place in Prospect Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park, where campers explore different theme each week though play and adventure.
Tech Kids Unlimited (TKU) empowers neurodiverse students’ lives through computer science and technology skills. A NYC-based non-profit educational organization, TKU inspires digital natives with disabilities to create, develop, and share the tools of technology in a supportive and nurturing individualized environment. They have an incredible line-up of diverse books and a slate of compelling guest authors who are eager to connect with our extraordinary campers. Campers will get up close and personal with these authors and make new friends who also can’t get enough of a good read. Two week-long camps open in July.
