Before fully assembling, remove the speaker and/or LED light. I got the 12 ducks, but a 9 duck package would probably be just fine. I have too many ducks. For assembly, match the numbers on the track. There are no assembly instructions, but between the numbers and looking at the picture you will eventually figure it out.
