Installation:
Step1: First determine the total weight (baby + cradle + baby quilt)Each spring can load 2.7 kg5.95lbs, there are 7 springs in total, and the maximum load is 19 kg/41.88lbs. The total weight must be consistent with the number of springs
Step 2: Install the spring Install the springs in the small holes at both ends, and hang the motor and the tripod downward Note: When hanging the spring, ensure the left and right balance.
Step 3: Use the hook to hang the cradle on a rack or top plate, turn on the power, and then turn it on. The speed is adjusted to the appropriate speed according to the swing amplitude. The bottom of the cradle is about 60cm/23.62in away from the ground.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
